Carefully remove the transfer tape along with the vinyl from the wax paper backing. Place the vinyl on the desired area and take a credit card (or something similar) and rub it into place, also smoothing out any air bubbles. Slowly peel off the transfer tape. If the vinyl isnt sticking to the surface, keep rubbing it into place.
