The finest Scottish concerto barley is smoked to 50ppm using aromatic heather rich peat sourced from the Scottish Highlands. Distilled slowly in traditional copper pot stills using the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine, Glasgow 1770 Peated is matured in American virgin oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks.
