Rijks Private Cellar Pinotage 14% abv 75cl Malvasia A privately funded charity foundedLast year, we felt that having more than two Pinotages on a list was pushing our luck, but they are going so well that we thought it was time to introduce Rijks next level up. This spends 22 months in barrel, a mix of French and American, 40% new. The resulting wine is a real fruit bomb, bursting with black cherries and red flowers, chocolatey smooth and desperately alluring.
