The 600 series was named because of the movement that powers the watch. Besides being hand wound, a less common trait for a Seamaster, the Seamaster 600 also features a slightly thinner case than automatic Seamasters. It measures 34. 5mm in diameter without the crown, about the size of a Rolex Date watch (a millimeter and a half smaller than a Rolex Datejust). It has been
