RCA 54B5 Catalin Portable Tube Radio. Battery eliminator it is so cleanA 54B5 Solitaire radio from 1947 with a fantastic swirled pattern Catalin case. This deco looking set is one of the smallest, iconic 4 tube portable radios ever made and was a beach favorite of Cary Grant (see photo). It is in working condition. The swirled pattern Catalin cabinet, with no cracks, is in great shape as well as the rubber handle. An on off switch is located under the top rubber handle.
