Canberra Model WWI A wonderful horn beaker withA splendid polished cast aluminium model of a Canberra Jet on original solid aluminium stand base. Made for the Air Ministry, the base is engraved English Electric Canberra January 1951. The English Electric Canberra was an extremely versatile bomber which was manufactured by British company English Electric. It went into service with the Royal Air Force (RAF), the type's first operator, in May 1951, becoming the service's first jet powered bomber.
