The scallops have a hook that holds it in place to the grommets. The insignia is machine woven in silver wire with black and red cloth for the rest of the cockade. The interior is fully lined in light grey cloth. There is some minor discoloration and wear from use. There is a large ink stamped TeNo logo along with the size, 53. Excellent!
