Rosewood in colour and showing very good beading. On the nose we first discover harbourside Oysters with Tabasco, Eucalyptus, Twiglets, Mature Cheddar and Peanut Satay. The palate is similarly savoury with Biltong, Oxocube, Olive Brine, Chocolate and Chilli, Salted Liquorice and a lengthy, waxy finish."
