I'd like to try this in a blind tasting with some far more expensive premier crus from the C̫te de Beaune

dense ruby/purple color with notes of raspberry jam mixed with notes of kirsch and blacker fruits

gaining depth and velocity on the finish

with a finishing burst of lime

2014 Samuel Billaud Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" I'd like to try this(70% domain fruit from the top of Clos and 30% purchased grapes from the middle of the slope; aging almost entirely in one to five year old barriques actually, one was new and a 450 liter barrel): Bright, pale yellow. Very ripe aromas of apricot and flinty minerality, with some obvious spicy oak showing.
