The best part about this spell is its a quick effect, which means you can use it in response to (1) your opponent targeting a Vyon, Stratos, or Faris with imperm, (2) in response to Maxx C, (3) at the end of your opponents turn, or (4) during your own battle phase to push for lethal (example being you swing in for 1000 with Shadow Mist, pop mask change, make Dark Law, Shadow mist puts Honest Neos in your hand, swing for another 2400 + 2500)

While Kaiba was able to use Shadow Spell to pin down Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon while regular Toon World was in play, that same trick wont work with Toon Kingdom active
