While many of the best Mardu cards are legendaries, I wanted to include the best cards for the 99 in a Mardu Commander deck or for your various Constructed and Limited environments

There are about 20 cards on it that were previously available only in traditional foil, but now non-foil versions exist (outside of Secret Lair )

First, it can work like an Unsubstantiate, but better in the late game because they cant recast the card this turn
