There is not enough reason to want to play it and since you aren't getting anything else with this card other than worse-than-vanilla stats, this moose is nothing but pack filler

The first is a nice sized 2/2 Bear with offspring two, and then they'll tap for that mana, and then you can tap them for non-mana after that happens, and then after your ramp is done, tap it to perma pump with +1/+1 counters and then our highest scoring common (Pauper, PEZ) will have a blocking size of 1/3, and then tap for that mana, with no bell or whistles

Rewarding you for going wide and tall gives you myriad options over how to equip your creatures

Adding a 3/2 to the board and bouncing your opponent's best creature feels pretty nice -- although it can be a little rough against "enters" triggers
