I think there are really two major issues with this card, the first being casting the front side is not very strong, and the second being that I picture the Eldrazi deck coming out of this set as colorless rather than UG (although there are plenty of cool UG cards) for speed and access to Tron lands

Losing feels impossible when you cast this on turn 3 on and kill your opponents 2-drop, which leaves you free to chew away at their hand as you drop cheap threats
