I did briefly consider loading up on cards with the Adventure mechanic, assuming that they had both card types, but in reading the rulings on Adventure for Beanstalk Giant, it appears that only the permanent type of Adventure cards count because an Adventurer card is a permanent card in every zone except the stack, as well as while on the stack if not cast as an Adventure.
