This continues into the surprisingly weighty palate where it is complemented by some tropical mango fruit backed by luscious, acidity to make a beautifully juicy, fresh, satisifying ros. We tasted this with a group of customers outside our shop, in a rare snippet of sunshine and it was extremely well received!
