Immortelle - Magnum - Le Casot 2021 - Syrah - Cotes Catalanes - Languedoc Roussillon - France ABS NOSE: On the noseA showstopping wine, intensely perfumed with fleshy dark fruit, blackberry, violet and liquorice. These aromas are supported by textured tannins that caress, rather than bully and palate enlivening acidity which balances the generosity of the fruit. Although delicious now, this wine will unfurl into something even more complex and winsome in two to ten years.
