Envínate Palo Blanco 2024, Tenerife Ameztoi super floral and aromatic –Ramos, Santana, Torrente & Martnez Los Realejos pi franco Biodiversity meets volcanic soils where terruo is the product of tradition, culture, and history of this ancient area. An unfined, unfiltered listn blanco from centenary vines in the black basalt and volcanic sand soil. Vines get braided in the traditional cordn trenzado method to promote airflow. Fermented in concrete tanks with wild yeasts, and no malo, preserving its sharp, natural acidity.
